Cover idea no 7

This is the last of the series.

It is another cover about the importance of traditions, their key role in the society, and how fascinating they can be to an outsider.

For this cover, I thought of two variants. At first, I was happy with the dark hues, but I feel dark colours are best suited for mystery novels.

Vote the variant you like most at the bottom of this page.

Front cover: original photograph of a group of musicians performing at the Fukagawa Hachiman Festival, also known as the water throwing festival. It was one of the most entertaining to watch.

The back cover is just a blow up of a drum in the same photograph.

Photo taken in 2015 in Tokyo at the Hachiman Festival.

Do you like this cover?

  • Yes, the dark one!

  • Yes, the lighter one!

  • No, I don't like them
